From breakfast in the morning to formal dining in the evening, the incomparable added value of the restaurant of the Grand Hotel lies in the homemade bread and pasta.
Pasta, the real pride and joy of our land, is handmade using traditional methods and recipes to make: lasagna, ravioli, tortellacci, just to mention a few of the types made in our kitchens by the pasta chef in keeping with methods handed down over generations.
This does not mean that we do not keep those suffering from modern day food intolerances in mind. Special menus are also offered to meet the needs of the most common and widespread intolerances and diets.
This is why our menu has a wide range of traditional local culinary specialties as well as offering custom-made meals for guests being treated by our medical centre with special dietary restrictions ordered by the doctors, all prepared with certified and controlled quality ingredients.
