• The full amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card at time of booking
• Only the successful withdraw will confirm the reservation. 
• Should the credit card fail to be valid or fundless, the booking will be cancelled 
• Reservation cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. 
• 3% Government Service Tax not included
• In case of early departure the full amount will be charged
• In case of no show (reservation with the expected guest not showing up or not canceled), the whole stay will be charged up to the maximum of 7 nights.
